CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. Just go to your conformation email sent by us and click on your tracking number.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?

Orders usually take 3-10 business days. At most 14 business days depending on the high demands. Please note orders take 3-5 business days to process order before shipping out. 

 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET.

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

Check to see if you have received an email confirming your order has been shipped.

Check the tracking information that is included in your conformation email.

Check emails, phone calls and attempted deliver cards by shipping courier, it may be your package is being held at your local post office awaiting pick up or redeliver.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT ONE OF MY ITEMS ARE MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Some orders items may be shipped separate. If an item is missing from your order please email us your order number and we will assist you right away.
